Children must meet the operator’s minimum-age and physical requirements and may need consent from a parent or guardian. The activity requires a minimum number of participants unless a private ride is booked.

The banana boat ride may not be suitable for travellers with:

• Customer-requested cancellations will follow the policy mentioned on the booking voucher.

• No refund may apply for late arrival, absence or failure to follow safety instructions.

• If the activity cannot operate because of unsafe weather or sea conditions, rescheduling or a refund will be handled according to the applicable operator policy.

• No refund applies when participation is refused due to intoxication, undisclosed medical conditions or unsafe behaviour.
