This activity is suitable for beginners, couples, solo travellers and groups seeking a short adventure experience. No previous jet-skiing or swimming experience is generally required.

Children must meet the operator’s minimum-age and physical requirements and may need consent from a parent or guardian. Final participation remains subject to the activity operator’s approval.

Participants should be physically fit and able to maintain a stable seated position. Jet skiing may not be suitable for travellers with:

• Serious heart or respiratory conditions

• Recent surgery or major injury

• Severe back, neck or spinal conditions

• Epilepsy or a history of seizures

• Pregnancy

• Any condition that may be aggravated by speed, movement or sudden impact

• Any condition considered unsafe by the activity operator

Participants must not consume alcohol or recreational drugs before the activity.

• Wear the provided life jacket throughout the ride.

• Remain seated and hold the designated safety grips.

• Inform the operator immediately if you feel uncomfortable.

• The ride may be shortened or cancelled during unsafe sea conditions.

• Final participation remains at the operator’s discretion.

• All bookings are subject to availability and final operator confirmation.

• Customer-requested cancellations will follow the policy mentioned on the booking voucher.

• No refund may apply for late arrival, absence or failure to follow safety instructions.

• If the activity is cancelled because of unsafe weather or sea conditions, rescheduling or a refund will be handled according to the applicable operator policy.

• No refund applies when participation is refused due to intoxication, undisclosed medical conditions or unsafe behaviour.
