This activity is suitable for medically fit beginners, nature lovers, couples, solo travellers and groups. Previous kayaking experience is not required, but participants should be comfortable sitting in a kayak and following the guide’s instructions.

Children must meet the operator’s minimum-age requirement and may need to share a double kayak with an eligible adult.

Mangrove kayaking may not be suitable for travellers with:

• Serious heart or respiratory conditions

• Recent surgery or major injury

• Severe back, neck or spinal conditions

• Uncontrolled epilepsy or seizures

• Significant mobility limitations

• Pregnancy

• Any condition considered unsafe by the activity operator

Participants must disclose existing medical conditions and must not consume alcohol or recreational drugs before the activity.

• Inform the guide immediately if you feel tired or uncomfortable.

• The activity may be postponed when tides or weather conditions are unsuitable.

• All bookings are subject to availability and final operator confirmation.

• Customer-requested cancellations will follow the policy mentioned on the booking voucher.

• No refund may apply for late arrival, absence or failure to follow safety instructions.

• If the activity cannot operate because of unsafe weather or unsuitable tides, rescheduling or a refund will be handled according to the applicable operator policy.

• No refund applies when participation is refused due to intoxication, undisclosed medical conditions or unsafe behaviour.

Kayaking schedules are closely connected to tidal conditions and may change at short notice. Wildlife sightings are natural and cannot be guaranteed. The final route, duration and kayak type are determined by the guide according to safety and operational conditions.
