This activity is suitable for medically fit beginners, couples, solo travellers and groups. No previous parasailing experience is required. Final participation depends on the operator’s age, weight, medical and safety assessment.

Tandem rides are subject to combined weight limits, wind conditions and operator approval.

Participants must disclose relevant medical conditions before the ride. Parasailing may not be suitable for travellers with:

• Serious heart or respiratory conditions

• Uncontrolled high blood pressure

• Epilepsy or a history of seizures

• Recent surgery or major injury

• Severe back, neck or spinal conditions

• Pregnancy

• Extreme fear of heights

• Any condition considered unsafe by the activity operator

Participants must not consume alcohol or recreational drugs before the activity.

Minimum and maximum weight limits are determined by the operator and may change according to wind speed, sea conditions and equipment specifications. Tandem participation depends on the combined weight of both riders.

• Wear the supplied life jacket and harness correctly.

• Inform the crew immediately if you feel unwell or uncomfortable.

• Carry only securely attached accessories during the flight.

• The operator may suspend rides if wind or sea conditions become unsafe.

• Final participation remains at the discretion of the activity operator.

• All bookings are subject to availability and final operator confirmation.

• Customer-requested cancellations will follow the policy mentioned on the booking voucher.

• No refund may apply for late arrival, absence or failure to follow safety instructions.

• If the activity cannot operate because of unsafe weather, wind or sea conditions, rescheduling or a refund will be handled according to the applicable operator policy.

• No refund applies when participation is refused due to intoxication, undisclosed medical conditions or failure to meet safety requirements.
