Tandem rides are approved based on the combined weight of both participants. The operator may change a tandem booking to separate single rides or decline participation if safety requirements are not met.

• Maintain the position explained during take-off and landing.

• Avoid carrying loose items during the flight.

• Inform the crew immediately if you feel uncomfortable.

• The activity may be suspended during unsuitable wind or sea conditions.

• Flight height and duration are controlled by the operator.

• Final participation remains at the operator’s discretion.

• All bookings are subject to availability and final operator confirmation.

• Customer-requested cancellations will follow the terms mentioned on the booking voucher.

• No refund may apply for late arrival, absence or failure to meet eligibility requirements.

• If the activity is cancelled because of unsafe wind, weather, tides or sea conditions, rescheduling or a refund will be handled according to the applicable operator policy.

• No refund applies when participation is refused because of intoxication, an undisclosed medical condition, unsafe behaviour or failure to follow safety instructions.

• Boat-transfer cancellation terms may apply separately when island transportation is included.
