This activity is suitable for eligible beginners, couples, friends and adventure-loving travellers. No previous Sea Kart experience is required.

Only participants meeting the operator’s minimum age, physical and identification requirements may be allowed to drive. Other eligible travellers may participate as passengers. Final seating and driving arrangements remain subject to the instructor’s approval.

The Sea Kart Adventure may not be suitable for travellers with:

• Serious heart or respiratory conditions

• Uncontrolled high blood pressure

• Epilepsy or uncontrolled seizures

• Recent surgery or major injury

• Severe back, neck or spinal conditions

• Pregnancy

• Any medical condition affected by speed, vibration or sudden movement

• Any condition considered unsafe by the activity operator

Participants must not consume alcohol or recreational drugs before the activity.

• Valid government-issued photo identification

• Driving licence, if requested by the operator

• Swimwear or quick-drying clothes

• Towel

• Sunscreen

• Drinking water

• Secure water-friendly footwear

• Waterproof bag

• Necessary personal medication

• Wear the supplied life jacket throughout the activity.

• Follow the instructor’s directions at all times.

• Operate the Sea Kart only when authorised by the instructor.

• Do not exceed the permitted speed or leave the approved route.

• Keep hands and feet inside the craft while moving.

• Avoid carrying loose jewellery, phones or valuables.

• Inform the instructor immediately if you feel uncomfortable.

• The instructor may take control or end the ride for safety reasons.

• All bookings are subject to availability and final operator confirmation.

• Customer-requested cancellations will follow the policy mentioned on the booking voucher.

• No refund may apply for late arrival, absence or failure to meet the eligibility requirements.

• If the activity cannot operate because of unsafe weather or sea conditions, rescheduling or a refund will be handled according to the applicable operator policy.

• No refund applies when participation is refused due to intoxication, undisclosed medical conditions, invalid identification or unsafe behaviour.

Sea Kart operations depend on weather, tides, visibility, equipment availability and local authority permission. The route, duration, speed, passenger capacity and driving opportunity may change according to safety requirements.
