This activity is suitable for eligible beginners, families, couples, solo travellers and groups. Previous snorkelling experience is not required.

Basic swimming ability is helpful. Non-swimmers may participate only when assisted snorkelling is available and approved by the operator. Children must meet the operator’s minimum-age and physical requirements and may need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Final participation remains subject to the activity team’s safety assessment.

Participants must disclose relevant medical conditions before entering the water.

Snorkelling may not be suitable for travellers with:

Regular spectacles cannot be worn under a standard snorkelling mask. Contact lenses may generally be used, subject to the participant’s comfort. Prescription masks may be available with selected operators but should be requested and confirmed in advance.

• Do not chase, feed or disturb marine life.

• Avoid swimming alone or away from the group.

• Signal the instructor immediately if you feel uncomfortable.

• Do not enter the water after consuming alcohol.

• The activity may be shortened or stopped if conditions become unsafe.

• Final participation remains at the operator’s discretion.

• All bookings are subject to availability and final operator confirmation.

• Customer-requested cancellations will follow the policy mentioned on the booking voucher.

• No refund may apply for late arrival, absence or incomplete mandatory documentation.

• If the activity is cancelled because of unsuitable weather, tides, currents or water conditions, rescheduling or a refund will be processed according to the applicable operator policy.

• No refund applies when participation is refused because of intoxication, an undisclosed medical condition, unsafe behaviour or failure to follow instructions.
