This activity is suitable for eligible beginners, friends, couples, families and groups. Participants should be comfortable sitting securely on the inflatable, holding the safety grips and experiencing speed, waves and splashing water.

Children must meet the operator’s minimum-age and physical requirements and may require consent from a parent or guardian. The operator may require younger participants to ride with an eligible adult.

Final participation remains subject to the activity operator’s safety assessment.

The sofa ride may not be suitable for travellers with:

• Serious heart or respiratory conditions

• Recent surgery or major injury

• Severe back, neck or spinal conditions

• Epilepsy or uncontrolled seizures

• Severe joint or mobility problems

• Pregnancy

• Any condition that may be affected by speed, impact or sudden movement

• Any condition considered unsafe by the activity operator

Participants must not consume alcohol or recreational drugs before the activity.

Avoid carrying phones, jewellery, spectacles and other loose valuables during the ride.

• Wear the provided life jacket throughout the activity.

• Remain seated and hold the safety grips firmly.

• Follow the activity crew’s instructions at all times.

• Do not stand or change position while the inflatable is moving.

• Keep hands and feet in the safe riding position.

• Inform the crew immediately if you feel uncomfortable.

• Do not attempt to jump from or overturn the inflatable.

• The ride may be shortened or stopped if conditions become unsafe.

• Final speed, route and participation remain at the operator’s discretion.

• All bookings are subject to availability, minimum group size and final operator confirmation.

• Customer-requested cancellations will follow the terms mentioned on the booking voucher.

• No refund may apply for late arrival, absence or failure to meet eligibility requirements.

• If the activity is cancelled because of unsuitable weather, tides, rough seas or operational restrictions, rescheduling or a refund will be handled according to the applicable operator policy.

• No refund applies when participation is refused because of intoxication, an undisclosed medical condition, unsafe behaviour or failure to follow instructions.

Ride speed, duration, route and passenger capacity are controlled by the operator and may change according to weather, tides and safety requirements.
