This activity is suitable for eligible beginners, friends, couples, families and groups. Participants should be comfortable sitting securely on the inflatable and holding the safety grips during movement.

Children must meet the operator’s minimum-age and physical requirements and may need consent from a parent or guardian. Final participation remains subject to the operator’s assessment.

The sofa ride may not be suitable for travellers with:

• Serious heart or respiratory conditions

• Recent surgery or major injury

• Severe back, neck or spinal conditions

• Epilepsy or uncontrolled seizures

• Pregnancy

• Any condition that may be affected by speed, sharp turns or sudden movement

• Any condition considered unsafe by the activity operator

Participants must not consume alcohol or recreational drugs before the activity.

• Wear the provided life jacket throughout the ride.

• Remain seated and hold the safety grips firmly.

• Avoid carrying phones, jewellery or loose valuables.

• Inform the crew immediately if you feel uncomfortable.

• The activity may be stopped during strong winds or rough sea conditions.

• Final participation remains at the operator’s discretion.

• All bookings are subject to availability, group size and final confirmation.

• Customer-requested cancellations will follow the policy mentioned on the booking voucher.

• No refund may apply for late arrival, absence or failure to follow safety instructions.

• If the activity cannot operate because of unsafe weather or sea conditions, rescheduling or a refund will be handled according to the applicable operator policy.

• No refund applies when participation is refused due to intoxication, undisclosed medical conditions or unsafe behaviour.
